Veronica Tearney is a college strength & conditioning coach with a passion for health and wellness. Growing up in Canada she participated in several sports before settling into track & field. This sport would eventually shape her life and fuel her interest in fitness and nutrition as she sought to improve her athletic physique.

During her career as a fitness enthusiast and coach, Veronica has also written fitness and nutrition articles for a variety of publications, and strives daily to inspire a healthy, balanced lifestyle for her husband and children.
